Bath or shower, it isn't only washing, but a ritual that allows me to relax and take some minute for myself. What makes this ritual more pleasant is the texture and the scent of the products I choose to exfoliate, wash and hydrate my skin, with an eye on what I'm slapping on it.
Bagno o doccia che sia, per me non si tratta semplicemente di lavarsi, ma di un vero e proprio rituale che mi permette di rilassarmi e prendermi qualche minuto di riflessione personale. Ciò che rende questo rituale ancora più piacevole è la texture e la profumazione dei prodotti che scelgo per l'esfoliazione, la detersione e l'idratazione, con un occhio di riguardo a ciò che spalmo sulla mia pelle.

L'azienda produttrice ha sede nel New jersey, USA, ma spedisce in tutto il mondo; potete tranquillamente ordinare online e i prezzi sono decisamente contenuti (considerando anche il cambio Euro/Dollaro che gioca a nostro favore). Sono stata contattata circa tre mesi fa dall'azienda che mi ha chiesto di scegliere la profumazione e mi ha gentilmente inviato alcune mini size da testare. Non ho avuto alcun problema con la dogana e il pacco contenente i prodotti che ho scelto mi è arrivato in circa 10 giorni.
The company is from New Jersey, USA, but they ship worldwide; you can order online and prices are low for the quality of the products. I've been contacted around three months ago from the company which asked me to choose the scent and then they sent me some mini sizes to test. I didn't have any problem with the customs and the bag with the products arrived in 10 days.
Ho scelto la profumazione all'Aloe e Tè bianco, visto che stiamo andando verso i mesi caldi e mi sembrava potesse essere molto fresca e in effetti non mi sbagliavo. Ho ricevuto lo scrub, la saponetta, il burro corpo e la lozione corpo.
I chose White Tea and Aloe scent, as we're going towards warmer months and I thought it could be very fresh. I received the scrub, the soap, the body lotion and the body butter.
Partendo dallo scrub a base di zucchero, la confezione comprende la sua spatolina in legno per miscelare la parte oleosa con i granuli. Gli ingredienti sono molto pochi e comuni a tutti i prodotti e comprendono aloe, vitamina E, burro di karité, avocado e olio di oliva. Lo scrub è efficace ma non aggressivo, faceva ciò che mi aspetto da un prodotto di questo tipo: esfoliazione ed idratazione allo stesso tempo. Una volta uscita dalla doccia la mia pelle era molto morbida e vellutata, infatti ho sempre usato il burro corpo o la lozione separatamente e non in combo con lo scrub perché non ne sentivo la necessità.
La profumazione è molto fresca, si sente molto il tè bianco ma io avvertivo anche qualcosa di agrumato.
Starting from the scrub, which is sugar based, its packing includes also a wooden spatula which you can use to blend the sugar with the oils. The ingredients are few and they are common to all the products: aloe, shea butter, olive oil, vitamin E. The scrub is efficient but not aggressive, it does what I expect: exfoliation and hydration at the same time. Once out of the shower my skin is softer and smoother, in fact I always used the body butter or the body lotion separately because I didn't feel the need for more hydration. The scent is very fresh, you can feel the white tea but also something citrusy.
Il burro corpo è molto denso ma una volta prelevato con le dita sembra quasi una mousse. Si assorbe velocemente e non lascia scia bianca, cosa che apprezzo molto perché odio spalmare ore per far assorbire il prodotto. La profumazione è più delicata rispetto allo scrub ma comunque molto piacevole. Essendo però appunto un burro corpo mi aspettavo un pochino più di idratazione, cosa che è invece avvenuta con la lozione corpo che è il prodotto che mi ha colpita di più in assoluto. Non la definirei una vera e propria lozione perché la consistenza è piuttosto densa e il suo potere idratante è davvero impressionante, la applicavo soprattutto la sera dopo la doccia e il mattino dopo la mia pelle era ancora morbidissima e molto profumata, persino il mio pigiama rimaneva impregnato ma in modo per nulla invadente.
The body butter is very thick but with the consistency of a mousse. It absorbs very quickly and it does not leave that white residue, thing that I appreciate a lot because I hate to massage for hours to let the product absorb. The scent is more delicate than the scrub but still very pleasant. I expected a little bit more hydration, thing which happened with the body lotion instead. This is the product that caught my attention. I would not define it a lotion because the consistency is slightly dense and its hydrating power is really impressive, I applied it at evening after the shower and the morning after my skin was still soft and really perfumed, also my pyjamas smelled really good!
La saponetta mi sta piacendo molto (la sto ancora utilizzando) e la utilizzo soprattutto per i piedi perché è davvero molto nutriente e lascia i miei piedi morbidissimi, non avverto la sensazione di pelle che tira che si sente spesso quando si usa il sapone solido.
I'm really liking also the soap and I use it above all for my feet because it is very nourishing and it leaves my feet soft, I do not feel that dryness sensation which you can often feel when you use solid soaps.
I like these products very much and the fact that they are natural, cheap and easily accessible give them an edge over!

Esiste poi la linea Amazing di cui mi è stato inviato scrub e burro corpo, che ha una profumazione molto molto delicata e la linea Unscented, senza profumo, per chi non ama prodotti troppo profumati.
There is then the Amazing line which has a very delicate smell and the Unscented line, without perfume, for who doesn't like perfumed products.
